Privacy Policy

Solve (“we”) runs the Solve app for booking home-maintenance technicians in Egypt. This policy explains what the app does with your information.
About this version
This is a preview version of Solve, shared for testing. The technicians, orders and chats in it are simulated. Your account details, orders and messages are kept only on your phone and are not sent to Solve. We will update this policy before the full launch, when accounts, orders and chats move to our servers.
What the app uses, and why
- Name, mobile number and email (optional): to create your account and show your profile. In this version they are kept only on your phone. Your password is not stored or sent anywhere.
- Location: if you allow it, the app reads your location only while you are using it, never in the background, to show technicians near you and to fill in your order address. You can say no and pick your address on the map instead. To draw the route the technician follows, the app sends your order location and the technician’s starting point to a routing service (see “Services we use”).
- Photos: photos you take or choose for an order stay on your phone in this version. The app uses Android’s photo picker, so it only sees the photos you pick.
- Chat messages: kept on your phone. To keep everyone safe, every message is checked automatically (on your phone, in this version). Messages that contain phone numbers, emails or contact links are blocked, and the chat locks after 3 blocked messages.
- Orders, points, payment choice and Solve Pro: kept on your phone. No payment is taken in this version, and the app never asks for card details.
Services we use
- Map: OpenStreetMap data drawn by CARTO (basemaps.cartocdn.com), or Google Maps when it is turned on in the build. To show the map, your phone downloads the map images for the area on screen.
- Route: the public OSRM routing server (router.project-osrm.org) receives the start and end points of the route.
Like any website, these services also see your phone’s IP address, and their own privacy policies apply, such as Google’s Privacy Policy for Google Maps.
What we don’t do
- No ads, and we never sell your data.
- No tracking across other apps or websites, and no advertising ID.
- No location in the background.
- No analytics or crash-reporting tools in this version.
Keeping your data
Your data stays on your phone until you delete your account, clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app.
Delete your account
- In the app: open the menu, then Settings → Delete account → Delete. This removes your name, mobile number, email, orders, points, Solve Pro membership and chats from the phone.
- Without the app: open Android Settings → Apps → Solve → Storage → Clear storage (called “Clear data” on some phones), or uninstall Solve.
- What is kept: nothing. In this version Solve keeps no copy of your data on its servers, so deleting it from the phone deletes all of it.

Children
Solve is for adults (18 and over). We don’t knowingly collect children’s data.
Security
All connections use HTTPS. Data on your phone is kept in the app’s private storage, which other apps cannot read.
Your rights
Under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) you can ask to know, see, correct or delete your personal data. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, for example by turning off location access in Android settings. Email us at support@solve-eg.com.
Changes
When we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Before bigger changes, such as moving accounts to our servers, we will also tell you in the app.

تُشغّل Solve (“نحن”) تطبيق Solve لطلب فنيي الصيانة المنزلية في مصر. توضح هذه السياسة ما يفعله التطبيق بمعلوماتك.
عن هذه النسخة
هذه نسخة تجريبية من Solve نشاركها للاختبار، والفنيون والطلبات والمحادثات فيها وهمية. بيانات حسابك وطلباتك ورسائلك محفوظة على هاتفك فقط ولا تُرسل إلى Solve. سنحدّث هذه السياسة قبل الإطلاق الكامل، عندما تنتقل الحسابات والطلبات والمحادثات إلى خوادمنا.
ما يستخدمه التطبيق ولماذا
- الاسم ورقم الموبايل والبريد الإلكتروني (اختياري): لإنشاء حسابك وعرض ملفك. في هذه النسخة تُحفظ على هاتفك فقط. كلمة المرور لا تُحفظ ولا تُرسل إلى أي مكان.
- الموقع: إذا سمحت بذلك، يقرأ التطبيق موقعك أثناء استخدامه فقط، ولا يقرؤه في الخلفية أبدًا، ليعرض الفنيين القريبين منك ويحدد عنوان طلبك. يمكنك الرفض واختيار عنوانك على الخريطة بدلًا من ذلك. ولرسم المسار الذي يسلكه الفني، يرسل التطبيق موقع طلبك ونقطة انطلاق الفني إلى خدمة لحساب المسارات (انظر “الخدمات التي نستخدمها”).
- الصور: الصور التي تلتقطها أو تختارها لطلبك تبقى على هاتفك في هذه النسخة. يستخدم التطبيق أداة اختيار الصور في أندرويد، فلا يرى إلا الصور التي تختارها.
- رسائل الشات: محفوظة على هاتفك. حفاظًا على أمان الجميع تُفحص كل رسالة تلقائيًا (على هاتفك في هذه النسخة)، وتُمنع الرسائل التي فيها أرقام هواتف أو بريد إلكتروني أو روابط تواصل، ويُقفل الشات بعد 3 رسائل ممنوعة.
- الطلبات والنقاط وطريقة الدفع واشتراك Solve Pro: محفوظة على هاتفك. لا يتم أي دفع في هذه النسخة، ولا يطلب التطبيق بيانات بطاقتك أبدًا.
الخدمات التي نستخدمها
- الخريطة: بيانات OpenStreetMap برسم CARTO (basemaps.cartocdn.com)، أو خرائط Google عند تفعيلها في النسخة. لعرض الخريطة ينزّل هاتفك صور الخريطة للمنطقة الظاهرة على الشاشة.
- المسار: خادم OSRM العام (router.project-osrm.org) يستقبل نقطتي بداية المسار ونهايته.
وكأي موقع على الإنترنت، ترى هذه الخدمات عنوان IP الخاص بهاتفك، وتنطبق عليها سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها، مثل سياسة خصوصية Google لخرائط Google.
ما لا نفعله
- لا إعلانات، ولا نبيع بياناتك أبدًا.
- لا نتتبعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى، ولا نستخدم معرّف الإعلانات.
- لا نقرأ موقعك في الخلفية.
- لا أدوات تحليلات أو تقارير أعطال في هذه النسخة.
الاحتفاظ ببياناتك
تبقى بياناتك على هاتفك حتى تمسح حسابك أو تمحو بيانات التطبيق أو تحذفه.
مسح الحساب
- من التطبيق: افتح القائمة، ثم الإعدادات ← مسح الحساب ← امسح. يمسح ذلك اسمك ورقم موبايلك وبريدك وطلباتك ونقاطك واشتراك Solve Pro والمحادثات من الهاتف.
- بدون التطبيق: افتح إعدادات أندرويد ← التطبيقات ← Solve ← مساحة التخزين ← محو بيانات التخزين (اسمها “مسح البيانات” في بعض الهواتف)، أو احذف التطبيق.
- ما نحتفظ به: لا شيء. في هذه النسخة لا تحتفظ Solve بأي نسخة من بياناتك على خوادمها، فمسحها من الهاتف يمسحها كلها.

الأطفال
Solve مخصص للبالغين (18 سنة فأكثر)، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد.
الأمان
كل الاتصالات تستخدم HTTPS، والبيانات على هاتفك محفوظة في مساحة التطبيق الخاصة التي لا تستطيع التطبيقات الأخرى قراءتها.
حقوقك
وفقًا لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري (القانون رقم 151 لسنة 2020)، يحق لك أن تطلب معرفة بياناتك الشخصية والاطلاع عليها وتصحيحها ومسحها. ويمكنك أيضًا سحب موافقتك في أي وقت، مثلًا بإيقاف إذن الموقع من إعدادات أندرويد. راسلنا على support@solve-eg.com.
التغييرات
عندما نغيّر هذه السياسة سنحدّث التاريخ في أعلاها. وقبل التغييرات الكبيرة، مثل نقل الحسابات إلى خوادمنا، سنخبرك أيضًا داخل التطبيق.
