Is the Solve app out yet?
Not yet. It is coming soon to Android. Write to us and we will tell you as soon as it is out.
Which areas will you cover?
We are starting with Cairo, Giza, Nasr City, Heliopolis, Maadi, New Cairo, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed and Alexandria.
Will I know the price before I order?
Yes. You see a price range based on your description before you confirm. Materials are separate, and you choose who buys them. See more on the services page.
How do I pay?
Cash at first, with credit card, Fawry and Vodafone Cash coming soon.
Can I call the technician's number?
You talk to your technician by chat in the app. The chat is monitored for your safety, and phone numbers, links and emails are not allowed.
I'm a technician. How do I join?
Email us your name, mobile number and craft, and our team will contact you with the next steps. See the technicians page for details.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, open the menu, then Settings → Delete account → Delete. The privacy policy has the full details.
