Orders close to you
A normal order reaches technicians within 5 to 10 km of the customer, and an urgent one within 25 to 30 km.
Your transport is covered
It's priced by distance and paid even if the customer decides not to go ahead once you arrive, because you made the trip.
Materials go on the bill
If the customer asks you to buy the materials, they go on the bill at their price, plus a small amount for you for buying them.
Discounts are not on you
If a customer uses a company promo or discount, it is counted when you settle up. The company pays for it, not you.
Your rating grows your work
Ratings carry real weight. They are what opens new cities and higher prices for you.
Know what you are walking into
The customer describes the problem and can add photos, so you know the job before you get there.
What we ask of you
Five rules to know before you start
- Accept an order only when you are sure you can get there.
- Keep your details and photo clear and correct. The customer sees your name and photo once you accept, and a report that someone else turned up ends the contract and stops the account.
- Finish and settle your current order first. No new order comes before that.
- If the cash you are holding passes a set limit, your account stops until you settle with the company.
- Talk to the customer through the in-app chat only. Sharing phone numbers is not allowed, and the system blocks it.
