Pricing

How pricing works

You see the expected price before you confirm. These are the things that affect it.

  • An expected price, based on your description

    You see a price range for the problem you described before you confirm the order.

  • Materials are separate, and you choose

    Parts and materials aren't part of the range. You decide who buys them, you or the technician. If the technician does, they go on the bill at their price, plus a small amount for buying them.

  • Transport goes by distance

    It's worked out by distance. You still pay it if you decide not to go ahead once the technician has arrived, because they made the trip.

  • The time of day matters

    The price changes with the time of day.

  • In a hurry? That is for Solve Pro members

    The urgent option only shows for Solve Pro, a monthly subscription. Everyone else orders at the normal speed.
